Who Is Our Accountability Program NOT For?
Second Time Offenders
Those who have been cited or arrested more than once for purchasing sex are not eligible for our program. Separately, those who have been arrested for any sexual offense are not eligible for our program.

Buyers of Minors
Those who have been cited or arrested for purchasing sex from a minor, or someone posing as a minor, are not eligible for our program. It does not matter if the individual knew the victim's age or not.

Victims of Prostitution
Those who have been cited or arrested for prostituting or being prostituted are not eligible for our Accountability Program. However, they are eligible for our Survivor Resources Course and Program.
